Enterprise Depth: Marcia Meikle-Naughton , MBA brings over 24 years of financial services experience — 14 years full-time at Bear Stearns on the $41M Calypso Derivatives program across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office Technology; a senior consultancy role at JPMorgan Chase spanning Asset & Wealth Management, Treasury, and Investment Banking; and my final consultancy engagement at Bank of America as Senior Technology Project Manager, and Program Manager leading Capital Markets Technology and Market Risk Technolgy with oversight of 16 concurrent programs — before founding JIDN MBM Consulting Inc in 2025,.

Long before Marcia Meikle-Naughton carried an MBA, she carried a stage — years as a musician, trained to catch the one note that was off before anyone else did.
That ear followed her into financial services, where she spent 14 years at Bear Stearns co-leading a $41 million derivatives technology program, then a decade as a consultant at JPMorgan Chase across investment banking, wealth management, and treasury services, followed by capital markets and market risk work at Bank of America. More than twenty-four years taught her to read a balance sheet the way she once read a room — for what it's saying, and what it's quietly trying not to.
That's the fluency most AI consultants can't offer. They can describe what a tool does. She can tell you what it will cost to run in year two, what it will do to your margins, and how long the build will really take — because she's built it herself, with her own capital, more than once. Today she owns and operates four AI infrastructure companies, funded with her own revenue, built on plans she developed and returns she modeled herself.
